no tooltip popup

Hey there, I’ve been using Easy Footnotes, which is fine and nice. But a feature I’ve been looking for is a plugin that integrates a toolbar button for the footnote. This plugin is perfect for that! And on top of that, it has a bunch of other features which are impressive:

• customization of tooltip
• duplicate footnotes grouped together
• custom short tag

But unfortunately, it seems that the tooltip doesn’t display for many of us (myself included). In my case, the tooltip does work in the admin demo area. So clearly there’s some other plugin interference.

Is there something we can do to clear up what otherwise is a perfect plugin?
