I have tried eveyrthing and anything to get post to show on the side bar but NOTHING WORKed

I do not have any W3 caching. I am using the latest wordpress 4.1.1 and plugin Version 2.0.3

    I have already manually added this code to the single post template: <?php if ( function_exists ( ‘echo_tptn_post_count’ ) ) echo_tptn_post_count(); ?>

I do see the count which is my own 1 visit.
But still I dont see anything in the widget or in the admin panel under OVERALL or DAILY counts.

I have tried setting various day settings and hour settings and i have also tried disabling all other plugins and still nothing.

What am i don’t wrong or what isnt working? please help

Ok all is well I figured it out

your single.php or what ever single your theme uses must have <?php the_content(); ?> in it that way the tracking starts to work ??

    Hi,

    Yes that is necessary.

    Hi Ajay,
My website https://www.kalimirchbysmita.com/ has been running since a week now. I tried to configure this plugin to get “Popular post” listed on the website. However, after doing install and activation, I get “No Top Post Yet”.Will you please tell me what am I missing and how can I get popular posts listed

    Ajay,
I unchecked and then checked back “Cache fix” option and now I can see one of my post getting listed under Popular post. But Issue now is that I can now only see 1 post as a popular post though I have asked the plugin to show me top 5 posts. Can you please help me with this

Hi, I can see the plugin tracking properly on your site. Plus the sidebar has more than 1 post now? So the setting you changed seems to have fixed the issue?

    Yes Ajay,
This issue has got fixed. I have two other issues to discuss
    1) I can see that pictures used in Popular post has a pin option. Do you know of easier way to modify that. I know it is from some other plugin. But do you have such functionality in your code.

2)Default thumbnail is 150*150. If I keep it that way, titles of the Recipes do not align well. I modified it to 300*300 to have a decent alignment. Can we do it some other way without changing image size

    Pranay,

Please create a new post for these issues since it isn’t related to the tracking. (This post is already marked resolved and was created by someone else)

    When you’re creating this post:

For point 1, please show me a screenshot / example of what you mean by “pin”

For point 2, please let me know what you mean by decent alignment.

For the life of me I can’t get this to work on my website.

So you have to manually enter code to the single post template for it to work? Is there instructions on how to do this? I can’t find anything about it anywhere.

    Thanks!

@charlie_beth86, please create a separate post with your query.

Also include your site URL for me to check.
