No TOPBAR promo _and_ My Account | Checkout

    Have the TopBar promo feature enabled. However, when also enabling the My Account | Checkout feature, the TopBar no longer shows. These are common elements that one would expect together. (I did try breaking the promo text onto 2 lines in case that was issue, but it still stopped showing once I enabled the MyAccount-Checkout on that same Header settings section.)

    Any known conflicts?

    Upon upgrading to premium, I see that the promo bar automatically hides and the My Account bar shows when scrolling the page. (Not so in free version.)
