No trace of registration

    Hi all,

    I noticed two users registered to my site had Membership Level 1 access although my team found no traces of registration (no emails of confirmation or notifications). One of them remarked that his registration form looked different than the one we have set up.

    Did anyone else run into this issue? Or have any idea as to what may have happened?

    Could he have registered via
    /wp-login.php?action=register ?

    I’ve searched my site for any links that may lead to that page and found nothing.
