No tracking info in shipped emails

Hello,
clients from a store do not receive the information about tracking.
All settings are correct in my opinion.
1. To add tracking info to “Shipped” status on the orders2. An example order has shipped status
3. In the emails customizer the email to the client has the info about the tracking info.
4. But in the Mail Log this info is missing and the client claims also that he has not received the information about the tracking.
