    Hello,
    clients from a store do not receive the information about tracking.
    All settings are correct in my opinion.
    1. To add tracking info to “Shipped” status on the orders

    2. An example order has shipped status

    3. In the emails customizer the email to the client has the info about the tracking info.

    4. But in the Mail Log this info is missing and the client claims also that he has not received the information about the tracking.

    Hi, no plugins that I use and are somehow connected to mails are WP mail SMTP and WP Mail Logging.

    How do you add the tracking information to orders?

    Do you add the tracking information manually or by ant 3rd party logistics or shipping label plugins?

    We are using BaseLinker integration with our fulfillment partner.

    Maybe first they are changing the order status to Shipped(Completed) and than add the tracking information to order.

    Can you please share the full admin order details page screenshot with order notes so I can check it.

    Sure, although I don’t see if the tracking comes first.

    You will need to ask your fuilfillment partner to first add the tracking information and than change the order status to Shipped(Completed).

    I asked them how it works and got the reply:
    “As for the BaseLinker itself, the status changes to Shipped only after entering the tracking number, either manually or after using the integration.

    Other stores do not report problems with tracking to us, checking the statuses, Baselinker correctly uploads tracking numbers to your store. So we don’t see a problem here.”

    Can you please try with adding tracking information manually and mark the order shipped and check?

    hmmm, I did a test and it worked. What do you think is causing this problem?

    I think the problem is wih your fuilfillment partner, as I told before first they change the order status and after that they add the tracking information.
