    Hi,

    I no longer receive a tracking number in my emails when the status has changed to shipped.
    I had a supplier that was connected to my shop and the tracking numbers were sent correctly in the order completet mail.
    Now I have a new supplier. And here too the tracking number is sent correctly to my shop but it is no longer in the email.
    I will add 2 screenshots of the notifications.

    We don’t have an integration with gelato.com.

    You can request the integration with?gelato.com on?AST’s?features board, when you post your request, please provide as many details as you can about the nature of the integration and how gelato.com integrates with WooCommerce.

    okay thanks I will do that.

    I have a quick question. I send you a screenshot that the numbers are in my order in woocommerce.

    Do you know why there is the same number twice? Why does this happen?

    Did you add tracking information manually or added by shipping services?

    My supplier which is connectetd to my store via API sends the tracking number and it gets added to the order automatically.

    So maybe they are doing the API call twice to add the tracking information.
