No Trackingnumber in Mollie Dashboard

    Hi,

    we use the Official DHL Plugin and create many tracking numbers. We have now received information that the tracking number is not automatically played to Mollie.
    Whenever a package is sent, i.e. a DHL number is created, it is not transferred to Mollie. Instead, Mollie leaves this information blank.

    Does the Mollie plugin transfer the tracking numbers to Mollie Dashboard? If so, do we have a setting error? At what order status is this information transferred?

    Hi @oohlen,

    The Mollie plugin does not send any tracking data to Mollie.
    Shipment Tracking in WooCommerce can only be done with third-party plugins, which all work differently, and none of them interact with Mollie.
    So no shipping information for the order at Mollie is the expected behavior.

    So there is no way to send tracking numbers to Mollie? We have Parralel shops from Shopware 5&6 running, there the tracking numbers are always transmitted. Is there an extension for WooCommerce with which we can transfer the tracking numbers to Mollie?

    Other shop platforms may have integrated functionality to manage tracking numbers. When there is an official implementation within the shop system, tracking data could be synced to Mollie without much effort.
    For more details about how this works on other platforms, I would advise reaching out to the Mollie support directly.
    But WooCommerce does not provide native functionaity to track shipments and this can only be done with third-party plugins.

    It would be possible to implement functionality to send some tracking data to Mollie, but it would be difficult to make it automatically work across the board with all different shipping extensions.
    So for the time being, there are no plans to implement a custom shipping feature in the Mollie plugin.
    But we appreciate your input and I created a feature request for this to further investigate possible options, though I would not expect anything in this regard anytime soon.
