No Transactions Found

In the Jetpack CRM->Transactions menu and the Jetpack CRM–>Dashboard, I am getting the message “No Transactions Found” even though are over 40 transactions. How can I get a list of all the transactions to display?

Hi @kartmanco!
May I know what is the role of the user checking the Transaction page? Is it an Administrator account or not?
Could you also try ruling out any possible plugin or theme conflict?
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack CRM and check the Transactions page again to see if there’s a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
- If that doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Twenty theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme.
In case you are using “CRM Only” for the Menu Layout, try changing it to “Full” or “Slimline” so you can see the other WordPress menu items such as Plugins and Appearance, or make sure that you are using an Administrator account.
Let us know how it goes.
Hello Aicee!
I tried everything you suggested. Still no transactions are showing up.
? Deactivated all plugins but the JetPack CRM.
? Changed theme (I am using Divi Themes) to Twenty Twenty.
? Changed theme to Twenty twenty two.
? Changed Menu Layout from Slimline to both “Full” and “CRM Only”What do you suggest I try next?
Hi @kartmanco,
Thanks for trying the debug steps. To help debug the issue can you give me some more information about your website’s setup?
- How are you adding the transections to Jetpack CRM?
- Are you using the WooSync module to import transections to Jetpack CRM?
- When did this issue start happening? Did you do a plugin or theme upgrade before the issue started happening?
- What is the user role of the WordPress account via which you are logging in to the Admin area for checking the transections?
- Are all plugins / themes on your website updated to the latest version?
Please share any other relevant detail about the issue, and I’ll be happy to guide you further.
Best,
I believe I am using WooCommerce and WooSync to import the transactions to Jetpack CRM. The images above should demonstrate that.
This issue has always happened.
I am doing everything with the Administrator account/role.Every plugin and theme is updated to the latest version of the plugin.

Hi @kartmanco,
What a strange issue, especially when you can see in your
WooCommerce Connections
screenshot that 41 orders have been imported. (not to mention your original screenshot of the Transactions screen showing 43).More questions:
- in your original screenshot of the Transactions screen, I just noticed it also seems to indicate there are 3 pages of transactions. Does clicking there go anywhere, or show anything?
- it’s also showing transaction tags.
- hmm.
- you’re absolutely certain that your user role is either WP site admin or Jetpack CRM Admin (Full CRM Permissions)?
- we’re harping on the user role because when I’m logged in as Site Admin (and Jetpack CRM Admin), my top menu looks different from yours. Mine has a ‘Quotes’ dropdown where yours doesn’t:
For Site Admin, in Full, Slimline, and CRM-only, regardless of whether the
Override WordPress
andOverride WordPress (For All WP Users
) options checked, I always see WooCommerce in the side nav:Screenshot Link: https://cloudup.com/cxgxlDXpXuQ

In Slimline with Jetpack CRM admin role, I see this:

So what I’m getting at is that I can’t seem to duplicate the appearance shown in your original screenshot with either the site admin or Jetpack CRM Admin user roles. ??
The fact that the Transactions page is showing that transactions exist (somewhere) implies that the user you’re logged in with doesn’t have the proper permissions to view those transactions. Are you able to create a transaction manually via CRM with that user?
Best,
Cena
Thank you so much for looking in to this! I really appreciate it.
Yes, I am logged in the as the Administrator.
At your prompting, I even created a new user with JetPack CRM Admin privileges and logged in and got the same results. My screen seems to look they same as yours. Here is a screen shot with logged in as the new JetPack users.
It also shows page two. All the pages show “No Transactions Found”
I also created two transactions, and they are not showing up either.
I don’t know if it is related, but I am also getting error messages on WooCommerce Analytics Screen.
When I hit “Reload” I get the white screen with the message.
Service UnavailableThe server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Any other ideas?
Hi @kartmanco,
Interesting!
I’m going to come at this sideways, since now I wonder if maybe the issue isn’t CRM, but your server environment.
There’s a (currently) closed bug report for WooCommerce showing the error you do, here:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/33677
I tested this, and was able to duplicate it ONLY when my server is running PHP 8.2.
So I wonder:
- what version of PHP are you using?
- if you downgrade to 7.4/8.0, does that
- a) clear up the WooCommerce Analytics issue, and
- b) allow you to see your Transactions?
Best,
Cena
Thanks for pursuing this with me.
It looks like I am running PHP Version 7.4.33I will upgrade to php 8.0 and see what happens.
When I upgrade to php 8.0, it crashes my website.
Hmm, I am not sure what to try next.I saw that my DiviTheme requires running MariaDB 10.2 or greater. I am running 10.1.48. I will try to upgrade to 10.2.
My hosting company says they can not upgrade the MariaDB to 10.2 because I am on a shared server.
WooCommerce says it runs on 10.1. Could this be the issue?Hi @kartmanco!
I’ve asked our developers about this and they suggest to do the following:
- It looks like there are no data synced from your WooCommerce, as it should have numbers stated in Contacts or Transactions like this: https://snipboard.io/nPUArZ.jpg. Could you please try to re-sync your WooCommerce by clicking “Restart Sync” here:
- On your CRM Transactions page, could you please check for JavaScript errors? Open your browser console log, and share a screenshot of what you see in there. If you’re not sure how to do that, you can follow this guide: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis
- What happens when you click one of the tags on the right sidebar?
Thank you!
Hi there,
It has been more than one week since we have heard from you, so I’m marking this topic as resolved.
But if you have any further questions or need some more help, you’re welcome to reply here or open another thread.
Please don’t close this.
I will check for the JavaScript errors.
I am having this issue on two of my websites now.
Here is what I get in the browser console log.
