    Hi,

the payment method “Riverty” is new. We have a mainly german website.

If we activate Riverty, there is a field where you have to enter your birthdate. The problem is that there the word “Birthdate” is written – this word is not be translated, it stays English, whether you have a german or dutch or danish website.

Can you tell me when there will be a translation for this word?

We have mainly older customers from Germany, if they see the word “birthdate” there is a trust issue because it`s english and not german. I hope you can understand; this will end up in a worse conversion rate.

    Best regards

    Hello @sk1997

It is possible that some strings have not been translated to some languages.

In this case, I suggest using the Loco Translate plugin to manullay translate these strings in other languages, for example “Birthdate”. The translation team will keep this in mind when updating translations.

    Regards,
    Femi

    Hi,

I‘m really not satisfied with your answer. Your plugin is really important for shops and you have the responsibility of this importance.

Because of this, i would suggest that the translation team will solve this as soon as possible – why? Other plugin user will have this problem also; so they will not use the new payment method due to translation problems. Because you don‘t translate, the payment method ?Riverty“ will be a flop for Mollie.
Is there any chance that you priorize this? It‘s really important!

    best regards
