I am having this issue as well. I have tried the solutions posted elsewhere (caching and the search API setting), WP is updated, and I have the latest version of TweetBlender. My cache is fine (below) and even searching for my queries one at a time on Twitter has results, but for some reason, the widget gets nothing.
