    We whant to buy the pro version, now we test the free but we receive this message:

    This message is only visible to admins:

    No tweets found for your selected feed sources.

    “Make sure there are tweets available on Twitter that fit your settings and then clear your cache using the button found on the Settings page. It’s also possible that you’re encountering a limitation of our new system for updating feeds. For more information on limitations due to the Twitter API changes effective April 2023, visit this page.”

    Non-admins see “Twitter feed is not available at the moment.”

    Can you help us?

    Hey @leuno,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for support! There are some ongoing issues with the Twitter API that we are currently working on improving. If you could let us know your URL what I can do here is reset the limit on your end so you can test getting new posts again. We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as we can, and hope to have a full resolution to the issues shortly.

    Hey @leuno,

    Thanks for sending that over. I was not able to reset this in the same way due to it being a staging site. You may be experiencing some issues due to the staging site. I will need your Site Key directly to reset this, as we have resolved the API issues. Could you please send us a support request including this using our support form here?
