    it doesnt matter if I toggle submission settings or whatsoever. I just dont see an update button where I can save the form

    Hi Pa7rocK,

    Are you able to do some debugging to see if it is possibly a conflict with another plugin?

    What I can recommend is to disable all of the other plugins you have active on site except this one, and check again. If the submit button re-appears than we know it’s a conflict with another plugin. If that’s the case you can re-enable each plugin one at a time until you can locate the plugin that is causing the submit button to not appear.

    If it still isn’t visible, you can try leaving the plugins disabled and temporarily switching to another theme such as TwentyFifteen and checking again. If the button is then visible we know that it’s a theme conflict. At that point you can re-enable all of your other plugins, and let us know which theme it is that is causing the issue and we can look into it.

    If for some reason neither of those work, or you’re unable to switch themes and disable plugins you can let us know which theme you are currently using, and if it’s free we can download it on our end for testing. Or, alternatively, you can email us via the contact form on our site and provide us with a temporary login to possibly see if we can locate the issue.

    If you do not have the time to go through the troubleshooting steps, could you please give us a list of the plugins you have active and the themes you are using?

    We could try setting up the same environment to see if we can reproduce it.
