No "Update" button and the plugin update by itself

    Hi,

    The “Update” form button is not showing. I’m using Bridge theme and i can see from the browser that there is this “Uncaught TypeError: $j(…).accordion is not a function” error.

    Another thing is why the plugin is updated by itself? I was using the older version which was working fine until i found that it had been “auto” updated to the latest version. Because of the “Update” button not showing problem, i deleted the latest version and installed back the older version. Which was working fine but after awhile the plugin was auto updated to the latest version again ! My other plugins do not have this auto update issue, only this one !

    Hi Janeng.

    We do not push auto updates, it may be a setting by your hosting company. I would get in touch with them.

    We have gotten a couple mentions of the missing update button problem, but folks have not given us enough info to troubleshoot it. We really want to get this problem fixed.

    Can you please give us a link to your site and a list of the plugins you are using? Better yet, can you create a temporary admin account and send it to [email protected] so we can investigate?

    We really want to fix this issue.

    This was discovered to be a conflict with the theme Clipper.

    We will continue to investigate this.

    Hi,

    Sorry for late reply and sorry to inform you that i have uninstalled the plugin ?? . Btw, i am using Bridge Theme. Thanks.
