No update delivery

    Hello

    This is the forth email and support form I have completed and I still do not get a reply from any.
    I have paid for PRO Gold but have no update.
    Receipt attached.

    The company that process your orders says they are not responsible for delivery.
    And push me back to your web site. I note this happened to someone three months ago as per the wordpress forum, so I will add it there also

    Why is it such a problem to deliver what people pay for?
