No Updates despite pro License

    Hello,

    I have bought your Pro License a while ago but did not really use it. Now as I wanted to install it, there is neither a possibility to receive an update, nor can I download the latest version on your website since my subscription has ended. – I think it is funny, since you offer lifetime licenses, one would think off it is possible to download the software all the time.

    Ich habe Die Pro Lizenz vor einiger Zeit gekaft, die Software aber nicht benutzt. nun, da ich sie installieren wollte, wollte ich sie mir runterladen und sehe, dass ich obwohl Livetime Lizenz keinerlei M?glichkeit habe, dies herunterzuladen. Bitte sage mir, wie ich dies machen kann…

    1. This forum is for the free lite version only.
    2. When your update subscription expired, you will not be able to download any older, current or newer version of the plugin. (I guess this was your question.)
    3. Of course you can use the plugin forever and always without a running update subscription. (The plugin you already downloaded.)
    4. I am 100% sure you have no lifetime update license. Please double check your voucher.
