No upload button shows in frontend

Hello,

Could you first make sure that, while connected as administrator, you cannot see any attachment box when browsing a “Add new file” page on the backend? See: https://wp-customerarea.com/documentation/getting-started/sharing-private-content/

If you can’t see these box, please try those steps:

• Check for a plugin conflict : https://wp-customerarea.com/faqs/how-to-check-if-i-have-a-conflict-with-another-plugin/#1951
• When browsing the “Add new file” page, open the Chrome developer tools (CTRL + SHIFT + i or F12), and hit the “console” tab. Check if you can see any red error. Take a screenshot of this box, make sure to hide any sensitive data (domain name, paths, etc..), and post the screenshot to an image file sharing site so you can upload it there (alternatively, create a private topic on our forums so you can easily post it there).
