no upload logo in 2.0.1

Logo upload is removed, you can use the previous version from https://www.ads-software.com/themes/download/alexandria.1.0.10.zip

You can click on “Restore Defaults” to remove the logo you already uploaded if you want to use 2.0.1

I think logo upload was a good feature of this theme. I won’t change to 2.0.
