no url rewrites work – new installation

I just installed WP here creditcardforum.com/blog
and none of the URL re-writes will work. I’ve tried both custom and the options already on there. They work, in that they are correctly re-written on homepage, but when you click on them, it directs you to a blank page. Any idea what is doing this?
