No URLs in Tweets When Using Bit.ly

When I add my bit.ly username and API key no URLs appear in my Tweets.
Clicking the tweet button shows the post title and @bizpacreview, but no bit.ly URL or other URL.
Currently I have Bit.ly turned off because it’s not function.
