No use my Site Icon

Twenty Twenty Three theme

I’m trying to set my logo as site favicon but the option “use my site icon” has disappeared? Is there a compatibility issue with any particular plugins I can check?

I’m going to Appearance, Editor, Pages then clicking on the Logo Block on the Home Page (which already has the logo uploaded) but in the setting section it only has Image Width, Link image to home and Open in New Tab.
