    I never received login credentials after paying for the Plus Package. I was able to download the PayPal Pro Gateway and install it onto my site. I successfully tested the donation with a PayPal Sandbox API. When I switched everything to live and used a PayPal Live API, I received and Unauthorized_Error.

    I now need Priority Support to correct this issue. However, I am unable to login. This means that I am also unable to download any other Add-ons. Please assist.

    You should have received an email with your credentials when you signed up to the Plus package, but if you didn’t receive it, you can reset your password by clicking on Lost your password? here https://givewp.com/login/, then you should be able to recover the account and your license key.

    After that, you can use the priority support and we’ll be happy to help you with our premium add-ons!

    The “Lost your password” workflow was attempted and always returns the error “Error: There is no account with that username or email address.” This has prevented me from going further.
