No user sync at all and not welcoming email.

    Hi

    I installed and linked your plugin with our mail chimp account.

    Unfortunately it doesn’t work as it should.

    1. When I subscribe myself to the list I get the message that it all worked and I would get a welcome/confirmation email. BUT I DON^T

    I also don’t get the message that this email is already subscribed, when subscribing myself several times.

    2. I don’t show up in mail chimp as a new subscriber even after days.

    So I really don’t know why this plugin doesn’t work at all on my site. (bookbindersdesign.ch)

    Can you help?

    Hello @ bbds,

    Can you first test and let me know if you have enabled “Double Opt-in”? If yes, then please note that MailChimp.com sends subscribers a verification email with a link. We don’t control this email and sometimes there is a huge delay in this email. Once the user gets this email and clicks on the link in it to confirm their email, only then they are added to the MailChimp list.

    Also, please go to the “MailChimp for WP > Others” menu in your WordPress admin and let us know if you see any errors listed there.
