No users are tracked in Firefox browser (Mac)

I’m having trouble getting the plugin to track any users when they are using the Firefox browser (on Mac, I haven’t tested FF on PC). Tracking works great in Chrome and Safari, as well as iOS, but no tracking stats show up for any FF visits.
