no utf8 in sidebar widgets

Hello i have wordpress theme “bongo” and some letters in utf8 dont show in sidebar widget names.

I changed theme files in utf8, what can i do?

in other themes everything is ok, but only in this theme i cant see utf8 characters in sidebar widget names. hey dont show at all.

help
