When opening a page in the Elementor Editor it generates the following message … how can one tell if this is NextGen or Elementor related?

    No utilities registered for I_Display_Type_Controller

The page has NextGen galleries and images displayed so could be either.

  • Hi @adcurtisshawca,

It might be the case that is a combination of settings and plugins.
Let’s check if it is an existing conflict:

    – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
    – Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
    – If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

Note: a full website backup is encouraged before checking for conflicts.
If the problem persists, we probably will ask you to create a bug report so we can troubleshoot that properly.

Please, keep us posted. We are happy to help.

It is caused by NextGen … when deactivated the editor works … when activated the error message appears.
    Exception thrown
    No utilities registered for I_Display_Type_Controller
