    Perfect plot to trick the user. At the begining is “free” but if you want to do anything, you have to buy extra add-on (this plugin has more than 15 extra add-ons).

    I bought 8 extra add-on (more than $100) from this plugin and finally I can’t do things that I need (for example, attach file inside conversation… Some basic service in every user area).

    The design is like “MS-DOS”, new users won’t use this because it has archaic design, it has responsive design that’s true, but is really horribilis.

    I talk with support to solve some things and they don’t help properly…

    Finally I try to refund the plugin but it have 0 days warranty, if you buy it, you can’t refund.

    Well, I don’t recomend to use this plugin defenetly.

    Sorry the plugin did not meet your expectations.

    You opened exactly 2 support requests in our forum (plus one refund request).

    Each of these support requests have been answered within 24 hours by Thomas and/or myself. However, you never replied to any of our answers in any of those support requests. Maybe we did try to help you, but you did not want that help?

    Our refund policy is clear and must be agreed before purchase can be made. We grant refunds when the plugin does not work as advertised OR when it has a bug we cannot fix in a timely manner.

    We know this may sound frustrating, but due to abusive refund requests from several people we had to make that policy strict.

    We gladly answer each pre-sale question which is asked to us via email or via our pre-sales forum.

    Just like any freemium plugin. WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, Gravity Forms, etc. all have between 20 and 300 addons with some single addon prices going up to 250$.

    We keep our addons simple, focused on a single thing and keep their price rather cheap (20$ each).

    Again nothing is hidden, the plugin is clearly made available as a free + optional paid addons product. This is how we make a living.

    PS : I guess we did not use the same MS-DOS. Mine was just black with white characters.

    About the UX design don’t say anything?…

    Understand, your plugin is obsolet if you don’t modify our design, sorry.

    But no problem, I really feel scamed with your plugin and I lost more than $100 that you don’t want to refund, that’s all.

    The only that I can do is this bad review…
