No valid Facebook session for this app detected

    hi,

    im getting the above error when i enter my api key and secret. i have logged in on the plugin page.

    I tried following you guide on setting up the facebook app but it apeared facebook has changed the UI again and added a load of new options so im a bit stuck on how to make it work now.

    i created the app selecting website as the option and filled in the details it asked for.

    any ideas?

    Then you should be good to go (I hope, facebook can be unclear in every part of their doc).
    Define an interval for sync’ing your events and if those events are public, they should appear in EME.
    If you log in via the “facebook” button on that same settings page, the message will disappear and you can sync events immediately.
