No Validation Text

I downloaded the plug-in and received an e-mail saying that the pages have been translated and that I needed to log in to approve them. I went to the link provided (https://translate.gts-translation.com/api/account/login) but my username and password weren’t recognized. When I tried resetting my password, it asks “Please enter the following words:” and there are no words after the text. When I pressed continue, it asks me to enter the validation text but no such validation text exists. Could you kindly help me out with this? Thanks very much.
