• Hello Everyone,

This plugin is exactly what I need, but I can’t get it working. I am using a scheduling plugin, appointments+ from WPMU DEV. That plugin has a field for the user’s phone number. The field is app_phone, and is selectable from the custom field drop down for the user table. When I add it as a column however, none of the user’s phone numbers are displayed. I have verified that the phone numbers exist in that field by going in and looking at the edit user screen, and seeing that the phone number is there. There is also a phone1 field that is selectable. I don’t know where the phone1 field comes from, but when I add it, it doesn’t show any values either.

I am completely knew to this. If any one has any suggestions or can point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks,
    Sidney

Do you have access to the database? If so, could you check your wp_usermeta (or {prefix}usermeta, if you are using another table prefix) table in the database and see what value is stored for the field there?

If a value is stored in that table for the field you have selected for the Custom Field column, it should display correctly on the users overview page.
