No verification email sent after subscribe although there is new comment

This plugin is awesome but I couldn’t manage to make it work ??

I’ve already tried to subscrib and commented on my own by using another account but no verification email was sent to my email adress to confirm subscription (I tried with free and gmail). The request is well taken into account (i can see on the “looking for suscribers that I have the mail I wrote with the status “unconfirmed”) but no mail is sending.

I installed WP Mail Logging Log plugin as your advice. And there is no mail at all regarding Subscribe to comments reloadeed (there are mails about moderation commentaire or contact form etc.)

Could you please help me solve this problem?
