No video is showing

Hi,

I tried mail support as I have the pro version but got no reply so I’m trying here instead. I used the plugin in the past and it worked well back then. Removed it and now installed it again with the latest version, but no videos are showing up. I use the shortcode generator but when I add it in my text widget it displays no videos.
