No Video Showing on Product Page

  • Dear Yith,

    I have been using various YITH plugins for Various sites. We are a big fan of yours. However, this time when we are using YITH featured Product Video on this site, nothing is being displayed. I tried every possible troubleshoot.

    If you want I can also share the admin login details.

    Now the Video is showing in Gallery but not playing, Neither appearing as the featured image. Just an icon there. Lying with gallery images. This needs urgent help.

    Haw did you set the featured image?
