Most likely your referrer.

Try going back to the google console page and leaving the referrer empty.

I don’t understand. To set up the API I followed these instructions https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-setup-v3-api?replies=18/. No where in there is there a reference to a referrer. Where do I find the referrer to leave it empty?

Go to the APIs & auth > Credentials page and edit the allowed referrers so its empty.

Under Public Access API click Create new Key
and then Click Browser Key on the next screen
leave the last screen empty — where it asks for referrer.
Click create and it will return you to where you can see the API key.

Okay. I did that. It still displays a blank page with no playlist from WP Theatre.

And copied the API key into your WP Theater settings?
