No view_item or “add_to_cart” event in datalayer on product detail page

  • the page i gave the link to is a product detail page.
    your plugin should fire “view_item” in datalayer. but it does not.

    On clicking the cart button, the plugin should fire “add_to_cart” event in datalayer (or similar) – but it doesnt. (I added the add_to_cart_shoplytics manually just to have a replacement – but that should not be neccessary)

    on first glance: is there a way to fix this?
    What are we doing wrong?
    Or what is the plugin doing wrong?
