• Ever since the update, my visitors page seems to not be showing any visits at all. It’s only tracking me and 1-2 visits. What should I do?

    Dear @pamfernandes ,

I hope this email finds you well. Thank you for contacting us. We have recently added a new feature to enhance user privacy called “Do Not Track”, which can be found in the following location:

    Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > Privacy

If both your browser’s “Do Not Track” option and our feature are enabled, visitor data will not be collected. It is possible that this option may be causing the issue you mentioned.

Please let me know if this is the case and provide any feedback you may have. Additionally, please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you require any further assistance.

    Best,
    Reza

Thanks for getting back to me. I checked The Do not track option is not enabled. The thing is, it tracks 1-2 folks and me but the rest is not getting tracked at all.

Can you please confirm if you are currently using a caching plugin on your website? If so, try enabling the following option and check if it resolves your issue.

Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > General > Cache Compatibility

Additionally, can you provide more information on the role of the users that the plugin tracks and records statistics for?

Yes cache is enabled and I’m using the wp cache plugin.

There’s nothing special about the users. I haven’t changed anything from the default because I’m not a techie…I’m only tracking all the visitors with no filters or anything.

I have just one or two visitors tracked per day but there are far more.
