Yes there is.

1. Check that it hasn’t been disabled in your Profile.
2. Try working through the solutions listed in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/troubleshooting-wordpress-33-master-list

I’m facing the same problem.
@esmi, I checked both options with no result.
Unfortunately, while the kitchen sink is missing entirely, I’m also unable to switch to HTML mode.
And, yes, I also did the deactivate-plugins-routine.

@esmi, @jnshiphat I’m terribly sorry if I seemed impolite. I just thought, considering I’m on the same boat, I might save time by not creating a new post where I’d end up get the same answers as those here.
Anyway, I suppose I’ll go create that new one now.
