Hello, this seems like a great plugin but users don’t have access to the vote buttons. Instead only the number of votes is visible. Your site doesn’t suggest this is a pro feature. I wonder if something else on my site is hiding it. I removed all custom CSS temporarily but this didn’t make any difference. Would really appreciate your advice.

    Hi @ljcn,

It probably has to do with your board settings. What you have set for the board setting: “Guest Votes/Ideas”, this should be set to “Yes”, if it is set to “No”, then you would see what you are seeing.

    Thanks ??

Thanks for getting back! ?? This is already set to ‘yes’ and it doesn’t matter if the user is logged in, they too see the same thing.

Ahh, I actually looked at the page in question – thanks for putting that in the original description. It is obvious now, the issue is that those 2 ideas are set to being considered and approved to do. Only ideas with an open status can be voted on. Once an idea graduates i.e. meets the vote threshold amount, we disable voting for that idea as it’s then awaiting moderation by the business/site owner. If you create an idea with an open status it should be ok ??

‘doh! That makes sense, thank you!
Great plugin by the way! I’m going to suggest the pro version as the roadmap looks cool! ??
