    I downloaded the basic plugin and installed it, then I decided to but the extensions (mail chimp)

    I paid for it by credit card and also subscribed to your newsletter and I received your confirmation email from which I got your email address,

    Apart from that no welcome email, I do have the license information but I can’t see anywhere to enter it in the settings?

    I sent an email to Danny about 24 ago but have had no repsonse as yey

    Hi Pete,

    I do not see any Premium support case under your name. Please check here for more information on contacting Premium support: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/sticky-premium-boxzilla-users-please-read-this/

    To answer your question:
    The license key field will only show up if one or more Premium add-ons are installed. Just upload a premium Boxzilla add-on and the plugin will ask you for the license info.

    Am I going to get any help or do I just get a refund from Paypal and forget this whole thing?
