No way to get in touch with support team after 10 days!

I’ve bought the premium versione, and i have big problems in bounce handling system, it works only if i manually check if the system works, and it will only process 100 mail… i’ve got 4-5000 mail to process, and i do not wanto to push that button infinite times…
I’ve filled the support form twice, and no answer in about 10 days!!!
Is this a support for a paid service? You guys tell to answer in about 24h max 48h, what’s going on?
I’m really sad for this…
