No way to modify widget in home page

Hello, i’m trying to modify the widget in the home page, but cannot open the call to action widget and all the other which are already placed there.
Nothing has changed in terms of additional plug in installed, previously with the same configuration everything was working properly.Thank you for your support

at this link you can find the same issue i have on another website https://www.quartiereacasa.it
when i click on the blue pencil the theme is not opening the widget, therefore i cannot modify it
