No Way To Remove Borders On Added Images With Latest Version

The WordPress updates are usually a very nice upgrade which I greatly appreciate, but a problem I and others are now encountering with the latest version is; adding new images now leaves a permanent fine line border that can’t be easily removed. Previous versions did not have this issue. Is there a way for WordPress Programmers to switch back to older format with the images issue? Or is there a simple and effective plug in that will remove new borders?
