    I haven’t tested, but it makes sense that this widget doesn’t work in the new Legacy Widget block.

    The best work-around I can offer right now is to opt out of that interface with the Classic Widgets plugin or with add_filter( 'use_widgets_block_editor', '__return_false' );.
