No Way to Stop Stupid Messages

We would have preferred that it was related to plugin features but it’s ok !

About these notifications, they are not supposed to display again once dismissed (as it’s the case for most users). Meaning that it’s not made on purpose !

Give it another shot and hopefully you won’t see this issue again.

The dependency which was used for persistent notifications was working fine on our end. Closing a notification was not supposed to display for at-least 4 months but still we hear issue like this once in a while due to maybe different environments/settings.

That dependency is removed in recent update and notifications behavior is changed. It should be permanently disabled forever once a user close it. Give it a shot, let us know if you still have this issue.

Nope, checked again. Messages still reappear on every page. Version 1.3.1.0

@nazmulhossainnihal I think it’s an issue with ajax call in your WordPress installation. Plugin is making ajax post request when you click on close button and store a key in user meta data. We have tested it on multiple installations on our end and it’s working okay. And i think you probably had the same issue with earlier version as persistent notifications dependency was also making an ajax request. The solution could be to reload the page with a request to store meta data. We could try this in next update, even though its not a elegant solution.
