• My businesses website has a critical error message.
    There is no way to get into the dashboard to edit anything or use plug ins.
    I have no access to it anywhere else on my computer like I see others talking about.

    I have contacted my host site since they updated the PHP a month or so ago, but not sure they are I willing to help due to it being a third party site.

    Is anyone able to help me figure this one out?
    I’m not very good with computers and have no idea how I would use the playback plugin.

    We also did not receive an email in regards to this.
