No ‘website profiles’ to choose

    I’ve authenticated successfully. Can’t see dashboard ‘Analytify Dashboard can’t be loaded until your select your website profile here’. Profile for posts and profile for dashboard only selections are () which I guess means ‘none’. Please help. Thanks.

  • Hi there,

    The empty profile indicates that you have not registered your site on Google Analytics. Here are the steps to fix this

    1) Go to Google Analytics https://analytics.google.com/ and registered your site.

    2) Once done with the registration process. ReAuthenicate again with Analytify.

    3) After that, you will see the website name in Profile for posts and profile for dashboard sections

    Hi Burhan, thanks for your feedback. The site is registered in Google Analytics. I previously had another plugin, Monsterinsights and the analytics data are present. I removed Monsterinsights and wanted to use your plugin instead but currently experiencing this issue.

    Have to try to ReAuthenicate again ?
