Tried here to save repeating everything.

On https://www.Asset-Protection-Secrets.co.uk I can get not stats since upgrading (though other sites are fine) and even the historic stats have gone. I know I’m getting traffice n’cos I’m paying Google for it.

On the same site, the Jetpack forms module won’t work either (long time problem discovered and cured more than once, but very expensive!) Go here: https://www.asset-protection-secrets.co.uk/enquiries/ – you can see the code underneath the crude Mailto link.

I have only 5 plug ins, all of which have been turned off in an attempt to get things working at one stage or another:

Wordpress SEO
PushbuttonSEO
Revision Control
Wordpress Database Back Up

When you try to load the Stats page, do you see any Javascript errors in your Javascript console?

Could you also go to the Jetpack menu, and click on the Debug Link at the bottom of the page? If some of the values are missing, could you send us an email with the debug results?

I don’t pretend to understand the Javascript console, but there are no comments or other indications next to the Error bit.

Could you try to disconnect from WordPress.com, and then reconnect?

Thanks, I have now done that.
It doesn’t appear to have made a difference unless there have been no visitors in the last hour – I ‘ll keep checking!

It seems there is a problem with your connection to WordPress.com.

Can you please try installing the Jetpack Compatibility Plugin so we can see some additional information from your site?

1) Download the plugin from https://plugins.svn.www.ads-software.com/jetpack/branches/jetpack-compatibility-test.zip
2) Upload the plugin to your site via Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New.
3) Activate the plugin and go to Plugins -> Jetpack Compatibility Test.
4) Click the “Select All” button.
