    Here’s how you get rid of this plugin if you find (as I did) that this plugin doesn’t show up in the plugin list AND does not add any custom menu in the dashboard (rendering it unusable and uninstallable).

    Log into cpanel through your host; you will find the folder in wp-content/plugins. Just delete the adsense plugin folder and you’re golden!

    yes, you can delete the plugin in such a way or via the ftp client. In most cases it is AdBlock that makes the plugin invisible for the browser in the plugins list. It blocks everything that contains the word adsense. Yuo should either disable it temporarily or make the necessary changes in the settings.
