    I’m using Contact form 7 and google sheets. Everything is set up and I’ve been through the settings at least 3 times but when creating a new integration there is one google sheet that doesn’t display the worksheets in the drop down. If I select a different google sheet the worksheets are there, but for some reason this one google sheet doesn’t display them. I can’t see what would be different about this sheet – I have almost identical sheets with different names and they all work. Do you have any idea why this would be?

    Hi,

    Please review the worksheet titles. We had a report before, where a special character in a worksheet name prevented the API from listing it. It worked fine after removing that character. So, check the titles, remove any special characters, and try again.

    Thanks. I’ve tried manually re-typing each worksheet title but it’s still the same. Could it be related to any content in the sheet?

    Hi,

    Need access to investigate more. You can create a new sheet, transfer existing data and try connecting it.

    After a lot of testing and removing content I ended up copying the content from the main worksheet into a new sheet, deleting the old one and it worked. I don’t know what the difference was but at least now it’s working. Thanks for your help.
