No wp-content/w3tc directory

I use an IIS server so I have to manually create my .htaccess and have to look for directives in wp-content/w3tc/pgcache/.htaccess and in wp-content/w3tc/min/.htaccess. According to the description on the Install-page. In my installation there is no wp-content/w3tc map.
First I deactivated all other plugins en changed to default WP-theme. No result. Then I did a new installation of the plugin. No result.
Finally I did an installation through FTP. No result.
I wonder, is there any other way to install W3 TC with wp-content/w3tc map?
