No WP Rocket compatibility

    When using WP Rocket the
    ays_show_popup_only_once_1 cookie is never set.
    Therefore – no matter how we configure the cache settings – the Popup keeps reappearing with evere Reload/on every Page.

    It seems the cookie is not generated by js but with php. Therefore the first cached page gets loaded again and again.

    Is there any solution in sight?

    Thank you for the topic.

    Most presumably, the webpage where the popup is located becomes static(HTML).
    The HTML is being generated via PHP for the first time. Then, after this, the same HTML is being generated again and again.
    That means your PHP has a cache.

    So, please go and deactivate/disable the PHP Cache option.
    In case you don’t know where this option is located, please get in touch with their Support Team so that they can help you in this regard.

    Then, clear all the caches.
    You can make a DB Backup before making any changes for your safety (you can use Updraft Plus).

    Please do all the above-mentioned steps, check this case again, and let us know about the outcome.
